This website is operated by Crafted CNC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crafted CNC. By visiting our website, purchasing from us, submitting a quote request, approving a proof, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase from us.

1. General Conditions

Crafted CNC provides custom, personalized, engraved, printed, cut, marked, and made-to-order products and services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to requests that are unsafe, inappropriate, infringing, unlawful, or outside our production capabilities.

You agree not to use our products, website, files, services, or communications for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, pricing, or website content at any time without notice.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using this site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Products intended for children, including but not limited to backpack tags, name tags, clips, keychains, or accessories, must be purchased and supervised by an adult.

You may not use our products or services in a way that violates any applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, or safety requirements.

3. Products and Services

Crafted CNC offers a variety of products and services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized gifts
• Engraved drinkware, glassware, tumblers, and cups
• Custom signs
• Name clips, bag tags, keychains, and accessories
• Hot foil stamps and branding tools
• Laser-cut, engraved, UV-printed, or CNC-machined items
• Corporate gifts and bulk orders
• Wedding, event, and onsite engraving services
• Customer-provided item engraving
• NFC or tap-enabled products

Because many of our products are handmade, custom-made, or produced using specialized manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur from product photos, mockups, samples, or previous orders.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Product Photos, Mockups, and Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display product photos, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately display the true color, finish, texture, scale, or appearance of a product.

Digital mockups are provided as visual guides only. Final products may vary slightly due to material behavior, production methods, engraving results, cutting tolerances, finishing, lighting, and screen display differences.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

For custom, personalized, engraved, printed, cut, or made-to-order items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Initials
• Monograms
• Dates
• Phone numbers
• Website links
• QR codes
• NFC information
• Logos
• Artwork
• Spelling
• Product options
• Color selections
• Material choices
• Design instructions
• Shipping information

Crafted CNC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Once design work, material ordering, production setup, engraving, cutting, printing, or manufacturing has started, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.

6. Proofs, Mockups, and Approvals

For some custom orders, we may provide a digital proof, layout, or mockup before production. Not all products include a proof unless specifically stated or requested.

If a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully before approval, including spelling, sizing, layout, placement, colors, artwork, and product details.

Once a proof is approved, Crafted CNC is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

Approval may be given by email, message, website response, written confirmation, payment after proof review, or any other clear written approval.

Delays in proof approval may delay production and delivery timelines.

7. Artwork, Logos, and Customer-Submitted Files

Customers may submit artwork, logos, names, trademarks, images, files, or design instructions for use in custom products.

By submitting artwork or other content to Crafted CNC, you confirm that:

• You own the submitted content, or
• You have permission to use it, and
• You have the right to authorize Crafted CNC to reproduce it for your order.

You agree not to submit artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or protected designs that you do not have permission to use.

Crafted CNC is not responsible for verifying ownership, trademark rights, copyright rights, licensing rights, or usage permissions for customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on another party’s rights.

8. Design Files and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, digital design files, production files, vector files, CAD files, toolpaths, mockups, templates, layouts, fixtures, setup files, and internal production methods created by Crafted CNC remain the property of Crafted CNC.

Payment for a finished product does not automatically include ownership of editable design files or production files.

Customer-submitted logos, artwork, and original content remain the property of the customer or rightful owner. However, by submitting them to us, you grant Crafted CNC permission to use them as needed to design, produce, communicate about, and fulfill your order.

Editable files may be available for an additional design or file release fee at our discretion.

9. Customer-Provided Items

If you provide an item for engraving, marking, printing, cutting, or modification, you do so at your own risk.

Every material reacts differently to engraving, cutting, marking, printing, heat, pressure, chemicals, fixtures, and finishing. While we take reasonable care with customer-provided items, Crafted CNC is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied items if the final result is not as expected, unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins.

Customer-provided items may have coatings, treatments, curves, seams, defects, or material inconsistencies that affect the final result.

10. NFC, Tap Tags, QR Codes, and Smart Products

Some products may include NFC chips, QR codes, digital links, phone numbers, or other tap-enabled features.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for these products, including phone numbers, links, emergency contact information, and destination pages.

Crafted CNC does not guarantee that NFC, QR, or tap-enabled products will work with every device, phone case, operating system, setting, or scanning method.

NFC and tap-enabled products are not GPS trackers, medical devices, emergency dispatch systems, or guaranteed safety devices. They are intended only as a convenient way to access customer-provided information.

The customer is responsible for testing the product after delivery and notifying us promptly of any issue.

11. Pricing, Quotes, and Availability

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you to approve the corrected price or cancel the order.

Custom quotes are based on the information available at the time of the quote. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Changes to quantity, design complexity, materials, deadline, shipping method, customer-provided files, or project scope may change the final price.

12. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom, bulk, corporate, wholesale, event, or special-order projects, a deposit or full payment may be required before design work, ordering materials, production setup, or scheduling begins.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received on time.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at lambrightservices@gmail.com.

We may not be able to make changes once design work, proofing, material ordering, production setup, engraving, cutting, printing, or manufacturing has started.

Rush orders, event orders, bulk orders, custom quotes, and special-order items may not be cancelable once accepted.

14. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated processing times, production times, delivery dates, and shipping timelines are estimates only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Crafted CNC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customer response delays, supplier delays, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

15. Returns and Refunds

Because many Crafted CNC products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order, most custom items are final sale.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

16. Bulk, Wholesale, Corporate, and Event Orders

Bulk, wholesale, corporate, and event orders may require separate terms, quotes, deposits, approval deadlines, production schedules, minimum quantities, and cancellation terms.

For large orders, we may require written approval of samples, proofs, artwork, materials, pricing, and production timelines before moving forward.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or timeline changes.

17. Onsite Engraving and Event Services

Onsite engraving, live personalization, vendor events, corporate events, weddings, markets, and private events may require separate booking terms.

These may include event minimums, deposits, travel fees, setup requirements, power requirements, weather limitations, guest count limits, product limitations, production limitations, and cancellation terms.

Any event-specific terms provided in a quote, invoice, email, proposal, or written agreement will apply in addition to these Terms.

18. Care, Use, and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care instructions provided.

Crafted CNC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, dropping, excessive heat, dishwasher use, outdoor exposure, chemical exposure, child misuse, pet damage, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions.

Some products may contain small parts, sharp edges, magnets, clips, chains, hardware, or other components that may not be suitable for young children without adult supervision.

Products are not toys unless specifically stated.

19. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, services, or content:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To violate any local, state, federal, or international law
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against others
• To upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• To interfere with the security or operation of the website
• To request products containing illegal, hateful, threatening, explicit, or harmful content
• To impersonate another person or business

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services, including but not limited to Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, apps, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

21. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how customer information is collected, used, and protected.

22. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or product details.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.

23. Marketing, Photos, and Finished Product Examples

Crafted CNC may photograph or display finished products as examples of our work, including on our website, social media, marketing materials, or product listings.

We will use reasonable care when sharing customer work and will avoid intentionally displaying private personal information when possible.

If you do not want your finished product photographed or shared, please notify us in writing when placing your order.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as specifically stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted CNC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted CNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product or service.

26. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafted CNC, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, your misuse of our products or services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

27. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that portion shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining portions shall remain valid and enforceable.

28. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

The obligations and liabilities incurred before termination shall survive termination.

29. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
